A Typical Home Inspection will average several hours. We will commit up to 3.5 hours for your inspection needs. Delays On-Site can cause scheduling conflicts with the proactive schedule we have setup for our time and our clients' such as yourself. We will hold ourselves to the highest standards in regard to use of our time in service to you, we ask that everyone present or off-site would act in a manner - respective and reflective of our own. Unless needed to evaluate the unknown conditions that are sometimes encountered - we have the right to bill our consultation fees for time that exceeds 3.5 hours at any site.
